" The Dobosi family traces back its roots to 1700 as an active participant of the village, local viticulture, and wine culture.
Private property was not existent during the co-operative era, thus the family was employed by the state, nevertheless, they always had some wine in the cellar.
Daniel, our father, and Ilonka our mother had a dream of running a winery of their own, thus in 1988 they built the cellar and quit the state co-operative the following year.
Bio, ecological or organic? Pretty much the same, some like one, some the other. Biodynamic is bit more complex taking into account Moon-cycles and the energies of nature as well. "
