Horvát József has taken over the winery from his parents in 2003. He believes in that good wines only can be harvested from vines between the age of 30 and 80 years with possibly the lowest intervention. In the cellar, he only uses native yeast, low sulfur and he lets the wine to do its job. He also runs a good regional restaurant in Sopron where his the chef!
